    The Board of trustees' membership comprises of a full representation of all EABL group companies.
    The Foundation Manager is a permanent invitee to the Board of Trustees Committee and also acts in the capacity of a secretary.

    • Provides day-to-day operating framework for the Foundation
    Office of the Director of External Affairs
    • The Foundation exists within this office as a cost center
    • Is ultimately responsible for oversight of the Foundation
